Olympe4000 is a French producer and DJ who’s also a Rinse France resident. Last year she put out a collaborative EP with DJ Physical through her own label Adrenaline Quality. And yesterday, April 9, she returned full force with her first release for Dischi Autunno. The Berlin label unleashed the Mutante EP and the hype for these 3 tracks is real. It’s an incredibly accomplished release with brilliant percussion and vocal samples. I guess it’s techno, but this record goes far beyond, touching on something sublime.
