Rewire festival is coming up this weekend and just in time for the event, Aya from London has released a new album on Hyperdub. Despite not having put out a wealth of music, Aya Sinclair has already become legendary for her DJ sets and live performances as Aya. I witnessed her at Intonal festival in the past and was blown away. So here, finally, is the follow-up to her deconstructed 2021 debut. Hexed! is a 10-track LP that came out a few days ago is seems to be sold out already.
At Rewire she is once again teaming up with visual mastermind MFO, for a a Friday performance at Paard’s main stage. Not something you want to miss if you are attending Rewire this year.
