Berlin-based (previously London and Los Angeles) producer and DJ Maya Melech, or m?y?a, appeared on a compilation we wrote about last year. Just a couple of days ago she put out a new self-released EP called Gorge. I think it’s her first EP and these three tracks sound great together although they’re mixing many different influences into one pot. There’s industrial and EBM elements, but also synth-pop and maybe even metal.
