Stella, or Stella S., or Stella Sophia Mages is an American artist making dreamy lofi tunes and often collaborating with Cleo Walks Through Glass, whom we just featured. Stella released an EP produced by them last year called Herons In Wilmington. We featured the track ”Lily mp3” from on our playlist Apple Turnover and last month a music video for it appeared.
The latest release from Stella is a digital single called Memory 5, also from January. These two tracks are so good, I hope more people find out about her. It looks like it’s the first release on their own label Herons.
