It’s been exactly a year since Daniella Ljungsberg’s album I Do Care came out on Orthodox. Today, February 14, its successor Do I Care is released on the same label. If you got a chance to see Ljungsberg live last year (we gave you two opportunities, remember?) you’ll recognise some of these tracks, as the record began its life as a way to adapt I Do Care for live performance. But it’s more than just a reworking. In the words of the label it’s ”a meditation on transformation, where care and uncertainty coexist, and music remains in a state of becoming”.
