Staying comp

Los Angeles label Leaving Records is a bit of an institution when it comes to experimental music, especially of the more introspective and serene kind. Working with artists like Laraaji, Lionmilk and Arushi Jain over the years they have brought them and countless other musicians to gather funds for the victims of the wildfires in their hometown.

Staying: Leaving Records Aid to Artists Impacted by the Los Angeles Wildfires came out January 17 and includes 98 tracks from even more artists. You can either get this as a double-vinyl with 80 minutes of the music from the total selection, or as a triple cassette. Of course you also get the digital release with everything.

Some of the highlights include demos from Automatic, Nite Jewel and Nailah Hunter. There are live tracks from Brijean and Julia Holter, as well as exclusives from Leal Neale, KMRU, More Eaze and Total Blue. Chip on now to ease the suffering.
