One of our favourite Dutch producers Upsammy has a new album out, which is always an occasion to celebrate. Her 2023 LP on Pan was amazing and this time her new LP is the inaugural release on the new Topo2 label, run by Bert de Rooji.
Strange Meridians came out in November and features some stunning cover art by the artist and Kees de Klein, wrapping 8 tracks of organic electronic sounds into a dreamy cocoon. As usual Thessa Torsing’s music mixes ambient with playful beats and elements of IDM. The LP is pressed on biovinyl. If you, like me, is curious as to what that means there is more information here.
