Dottie is one of few artists who’ve appeared on our monthly playlist more than once. Both of those occurrences were this year but the artist remained something of a mystery to me. But if you, like me, appreciate the gesture of covering “Change (In the House of Flies)” then you’ll love the Austin-based songwriter. Hayley Conlin has released a lot of dream pop influenced music already and in November the new EP Midheaven is coming out.
