Summer’s End #4

Post Hoc continues to prove its relevance on the German underground music ‘scene’. With the new volume of compilation series Summer’s End we’re overwhelmed by the bleakness which I guess is also a sign of the times. How can we listen to anything vaguely positive with everything that is going on around us? The 8-track cd opens with a track from Birthed (pictured) who appeared on the latest Women Invented Noise compilation.

From there on, prepare to bulldozed with new music from Kanal Nula, Shredded Nerve while Amos Peled (World Experience Centre) offers us a minor reprieve. Very impressed by the track from New York-based L. Salicis – check out more recents from them here.
