Fakethias recently played Copenhagen for Unearth, having not only released the great Core Echo last year but with a new album out imminently as well. Afterimage is out on his own Massive Gain label in a few weeks, with some amazing cover art by Sam Clarke. The 7 tracks here are underground pop full of static, hiss, dreamy guitars and distorted electronic beats. While still based in Norway, this record was made while traveling between Berlin, Seoul and Tokyo.
