I was familiar with Eva Geist through her inclusion on the Osàre! compilation Donne che corrono coi lupi, and more recently her duo with Alexander Arpeggio. Eva Geist is Andrea Noce from Italy, who has been making music for about a decade already. Aqua Mantra is her latest album an ode to our blue planet. It’s a ”gift we made to the waters: oceans, glaciers, rivers, lakes, springs, wells”, she says. The 6-track self-released album was produced and mixed with some help from Donato Dozzy and came out in March.
