I don’t think I’ve had a chance to properly feature Mexican DJ and producer Daniela Huerta before, but I’m sure I’ve raved about her set at Krake last year. I’m surprised they haven’t posted this live set on their soundcloud. Huerta, who’s based in Berlin, also DJs under the name Baby Vulture. She has released many singles before but Soplo is her debut full-length. Available from Elevator Bath in October, this 8-track 10” began with the soundtracks for two short films by Colombian artist and filmmaker Iván Argote.
