Can’t believe it’s been four years since we last heard from G2G, the Eora punk group whose self-released EP rocked the world for at least some of us. It’s feels like a given that Lulus in Naarm would pick them up for a release eventually and now – next month – it’s all happening. The Gherkin is coming out on vinyl via their LSD Club, packed with a short-and-sweet set of 8 new tracks.
You can check out the video for first single “Pop Song” above – a track that reeks of The Clean riffage but has the unmistakable mark of Angelica, Georgia and Greta. Aided by DX on… drums, I would presume?
