It’s not every day that we feature a punk band from Norway. But today is that day and Assistert Sjølmord (assisted suicide) is that band. Their debut 7” just came out on UK label Static Shock last month. The self-titled EP includes 7 ferocious tracks sung in Norwegian. The sound is straight-forward, almost clean with a real 80s edge. I hope they venture forth from Olso soon.
