Fondation Petya Sasser Rike is a secretive Paris label, possibly run by someone called Pam and who have released music by Gyeongsu and others. Croche is the pseudonym of Gabrielle Desjean who has previously collaborated with Gyeongsu. After appearing on the compilation CCCC* last year, Croche released the LP Songs of the Red Dragon a week ago.
It follows her 2019 debut, and similarly, this one is a mini-album of 7 songs. The album nimbly mixes synth pop with guitar and other experimental sounds. Gyeongsu also appears on guitar on one of the tracks. It was recorded in various locations, without a proper studio but sounding all the better for it.
