Sote, or Ata Ebtekar from Teheran, returned with a fabulous new album a couple of months ago. The LP is called Ministry of Tall Tales and as the title suggests, delves into themes of information and disinformation. It came out on the British label SVBKVLT and the vinyl is shipping now. This 9-track album is heartbreakingly beautiful but also filled with a sense of mourning.
