I’ve been a huge fan of the Discovery Zone album Remote Control that came out on a small Berlin label in 2021, frequently including it in DJ sets. Other people caught on too and now the New York-based artist JJ Weihl who created it has been signed to RVNG Intl. Quantum Web is a sound collage of pure bliss that came out in March, with 16 tracks of interludes and space age tropicalia. ”Mall of Luv” might be my summer soundtrack.
