It’s been way too long since we featured Crash Symbols on Record Turnover, especially since I love the Virginia label. Man Rei is the project of Kristin Reiman, who cut an excellent album in 2020. Since then the Estonian, now Frankfurt-based artist has appeared on Somewhere Press with new music, but this tape called Doer was actually written and recorded in 2021. Yes, another pandemic record but I can’t wait to hear the full 10-track album when it drops next month.
