Australian label Meganesia put out a new compilation a few weeks ago. This one is quite special and was curated by Wiradjrui/Ngunnawal producer Landfill. Ode to Olive is a tribute to his late grandmother and family matriarch. And all the proceeds will be going towards Wirringa Baiya Aboriginal Women’s Legal Centre and Deadly Connections (who advocate for and support First Nations communities in Sydney).
There are 11 tracks on this digital release, including one from Landfill himself. But also from Hasvat Informant, DJ Ali, DJ Test.e and Autogenesis.
