We were a bit late in discovering Naarm’s cyber hardcore group Hacker’s debut LP on Hardcore Victim. It arrived in 2021, a couple of years after Winter Garden had given their demo tape a lathe edition. Last month they returned and Psy-Wi-Fi is more than a sign of life, it shows the group at their most vital. The 4-track 7″ came out on Helta Skelta and on Beach Impediment in the US. The band share members with other greats like Ubik, Soakie and Phantasm.
