You may remember that Naarm jazz/funk quartet Mildlife were a big thing in 2020. I fondly remember seeing them support Stereolab and DJ in venues around the city. They came through Europe a couple of years but I missed them because the show clashed with Intonal. But they’ll be back very soon to tour Chorus, their third album coming in March. It’s their first work in a while but its 7 tracks will bring you right back to that time when Yin Yin, L’eclair and L’impératice were sweeping the world.
