Based On a True Story is a the second album from French producer and Lacchesi, who runs the label Maison Close. The digital, 9-track release just came out on his own label and it traverses several genres but always with one foot in the current techno scene. It’s the sound of a producer who doesn’t feel compelled to do anything to keep up, but rather one who is setting the agenda.
