French DJ and producer (and architect) Anetha has created one of the most influential electronic label at the moment with Mama Told Ya. In March the label will be issuing her first ever longplayer, called Mothearth. This 10-track double-LP follows a line of collaborative releases but for her last solo release we’d have to wind the clock back to 2018. The two tracks on preview “Sorry For Being So Sexy” and “Let Me d&be” seem to suggest a wider musical palette (beyond techno).
She also says it bears the mark of “her critical insights into the music industry and society at large, representing a significant moment of artistic revelation and self-expression”.
