Here’s a mighty fine 45 from new Naarm punk group Phantasm, which includes a Hardcore Victim co-founder Bernadette Fitzgibbon in its ranks. Members from Hacker and Töl fill out said ranks and their first EP came out in November. Conflict Reality is a 4-track onslaught of anarcho and hardcore not to be missed.
