Pelada is one of the best acts I discovered in 2020 while doing radio in Melbourne. The Canadian duo put out their first 7″ in France back in 2016 and “No hay” is still a classic. Since then I kinda lost track of them and snowed in similar groups like Dame Area instead. After an album on PAN they returned with a new record about 6 months ago via their own label New. Ahora más que nunca is a brilliant 12-track digital release from the Montreal act that shouldn’t go unnoticed.
