New Frames

I’m not quite sure how I feel about the coverart of Scherben, the new album from the Berlin duo called New Frames. David Frisch and Mathis Mootz released an album way back in 2017, but it wasn’t until a couple of years later they developed their current sound. Based in techno, with plenty of industrial and EBM influences they found a natural home on Bite in 2020 with the Outer Limits 12″. Last year’s collaboration with Phase Fatale was great but with the new 9-track LP they’re hitting their stride.
