Viktoryia Karelaya from Belarus who DJs and produces as Viikatory has been one of the big names of 2023 for me. With about 7 releases and compilation tracks for labels like Tresor and LAP, it’s more a question of what she hasn’t done this year. She’s back on Uknown to the Unknown’s series Dance Trax with Vol. 60, which is a collaboration with Manao from Venezuela and also based in Berlin. The 4-track 12″ came out a couple of weeks ago.
