Wet Dip is a new trio from Austin fronted by the two sisters Sylvia and Erica Rodriguez. They hooked up with Sweeping Promises and recorded an album in their studio Lawrence, Kansas and it just came out yesterday via Feel It. Smell of Money is a playful take on no-wave which wreaks havoc across its 9 tracks. The cover of “Silver” by The Pixies is hardly recognisable. There’s also a version of a classic 1991 Latin hit song here, originally recored by Gloria Trevi.
