Überspannung is a relatively new project from Hugo Latzer and Lucas Wendling. They released an album last year on French label Vague à l’Âme and this year they appeared on the fantastic compilation Feu Follet from Grande Rousse Disques. I assume they’re from Germany? Yesterday their new tape Holzwege also came out on Berlin label Mangel. The 7-track mini-album consists of meandering synths, drum machines and a general 80s post-punk mood.
