Well, it’s only my favourite punk release of the year so far. Kleener is a band that I randomly found through bandcamp and they seem to appear out of nowhere to blind us with pure greatness. Well, nowhere in this case is Toronto and they also did release a demo tape in 2020, but who remembers anything from 2020? The selftitled EP on new local label Broken Skull was mixed and mastered by Jonah Falco (of Fucked Up). 6 tracks of riff-heavy punk, some of them in Tagalog (Philippines language).
