Australian producer Sabine Brix has announced her debut album out as Brixx. First appearing on local Naarm label Heavy Machinery in 2021, with a masterful coldwave/EBM-inspired EP, she has now teamed up with Synthicide. The New York event series turned label, helmed by Andi, feels like a natural home for Brixx’s Erotomania – an imagined soundtrack to a “steamy erotic thriller”. With 10-tracks including remixes (from e.g. Alpha Sect), the new tape will be out in just a few weeks.
