Clementine Valentine had us fooled with the artwork for their recent single “Endless Night”. It looked like it was going to be a 45 release on the legendary Flying Nun. But it turned out the new post-Purple Pilgrims project had a whole album in the works. Both single tracks are now included on their debut album, called The Coin that Broke the Fountain Floor. What a great title and a befitting follow-up to the sensational album from 2019. The 9-track LP from the New Zealand duo came out yesterday on Flying Nun.
