I don’t think we properly featured Bobbie Lovesong last year even if Paris By Starlight truly captured my imagination. Since then Madelyn Strutz has teamed up with Woodsist for the release of the first real Bobbie Lovesong album. It was recorded by Strutz herself in Taos in New Mexico where she moved into a commune of musicians during the pandemic. On the Wind finally came out in January of this year and contains 15 tracks that explore the lighter side of psychedelics in a similar way to Melody’s Echo Chamber.
Strutz previously recorded as Wolfgang Strutz, when based in Olympia. That project is also well worth checking out.
