Under My Feet comp

Now this is my kind of compilation. Under My Feet was started by Ireen Amnes and De:ma in 2015 and say that they “celebrate experimental arts by presenting live performances combined with art exhibitions”. After a bunch of live cassettes, the compilation Farewell Notes marks the end of the “first chapter”, whatever that might mean. It’s a 15-track cassette that comes in a cardboard cover, along with a poster. You can also get a t-shirt or tote bag if you want to support the project.

Among the artists are De:ma and Ireen Amnes (of course) along with Drew McDowall. There’s Vanity Productions, Incendie, Silent Servant, Alessandro Adriani, Tot Onyx (of Group A), Chloe Lula and Ciarra Black – all contributing music moving in experimental directions.
