Perfect Actress is new Sydney post-punk group led by vocalist Naomi Kent (also in Carnations). This week their first release ever is coming out, and it’s a selftitled and self-released cassette. The 4-track EP kicks off with “Leather” – a 90s-infused track which reminds me of other great Australian groups like Nylex and Loose Fit.
