For Huwara, out on Isreali label Confused Machines, is simply one of the most stunning electronic compilations I’ve seen in recent years. It makes me think back on all those great benefit releases from the beginning of the war in Europe and from the pandemic.
“This compilation of music was put together in order to raise funds that can hopefully give some aid to the residents of Huwara” on the West Bank, writes Mule Driver. Among the 32 tracks you’ll find Ian Martin, TLXCO, Jauzas the Shining, Anatolian Weapons, Timothy J. Fairplay, Chris Mitchell, Dim Garden and Swiss Arrow.
