One of the best local releases in recent months, is this compilation from Fasten Records. For Enter the Decagon they’ve pulled together some of Sweden’s finest producers from a wide range of genres. The label was co-founded by local Malmö producer Prins Emanuel years back but this might be their finest release yet. It includes a track from Inre Kretsen Grupp who are also part of the label, as well as Malmö-based producer and record store owner Dip Shim (Digge Shim here). The opening track from Copenhagen’s Kristi Brud is also stunning.
So sad that I missed the release show a couple of months ago that was held at Hypnos theatre. But you can still get the LP from their distributor Rush Hour.
