Dancer is a fairly new Glasgow group made of members of the semi-legendary Current Affairs (since being turned away at the door of their 2019 Berlin show because it was *packed*), Nightshift, and Order of the Toad. Last month they released their first EP, called simply Dancer. The tape came out on small local label Gold Mold, which has been going for a decade now. The 6-track EP is already on its third run and you can understand why when you hear the ingenuity of tracks like “Ferret Fancier”.
