Filmmaker drops another new alias on us, following Faunes, Glyf, Renderer and others. DJ Shulgin is an electro project aimed directly at dance floors around the globe. With a dark industrial electro sound over heavy kicks, the 6 tracks on the debut DJ Shulgin EP remind us of e.g. Minuit Machine. A Chemical Love Story was released on tape by Pildoras (20 copies only) a month ago.
Filmmaker is currently on tour in Europe and will be returning to Sweden in April with sets in Växjö and Malmö. We’re still waiting for the promoters to announce this, but it will probably be as epic as his last visit.
