Norwegian DJ Andrea Pettersen, also known as Matriark, has been working in the shadows of the Copenhagen scene for a long time and is finally getting her due. Together with My Gander she has been organising the Pater Noster club, which has been visited by DJ Loser and most recently Astytekk. After collaborating on a track with DJ Loser for his Magdalena’s Apathy label, Matriark now appears with a solo EP on the Greek label. Nordic Wound contains 4 experimental and trance-oriented tracks plus a remix from Marilao from Sweden.
