The latest release from the French collective and agency Raw is by Makornik. The Serbian producer and founder of Wrongnotes has been based in Paris for years now, contributing to shaping the ‘Paris sound’. With a background in hardcore bands and ambient, his style of techno contains elements of industrial and noise – as heard on “No Synth Needed”, which is one of 4 tracks on their latest EP on Raw. Stuck In a Machine came out last week and is a real show of strength.
