We all remember David Nance’s excellent “Negative Boogie” from 2017. The one-time member of Forbidden Tigers (and more recently of Astute Palate) has recently made a lot of music from his back catalogue available. Pulverized and Slightly Peaced appeared on streaming services for the first time since the self-released cdr from 2019. New music also appeared this year – the electronic Non-Missile and a few tapes, dubbed in mono for his own Western Records. One of them is If You’re Hungy, You Get Fed, with 10 interesting new ditties.
