Ohio label Colemine Records have not only released a great album by Say She She and a Ghost Funk Orchestra reissue this year. Just about a month ago they also issued the brand new LP from Ghost Funk Orchestra on their Karma Chief sublabel. A New Kind of Love is their New York group’s in two years and the 10-piece led by Seth Applebaum is exploring 60s and 70s productions and movie soundtracks here. The album was conceived during the pandemic and has now finally come to life.
