The pan-Asian duo Tengger have a new album out next week. Earthing is a beautiful journey through an ambient landscape that feels closely to connected to nature – both its soil and its water. “Maunam” sounds like a hidden forest brook, and the whole album was actually inspired by nature. Apparently the received the ‘message’ that “there is nothing divided and we are connected all in the life circulation”. The 6 tracks that make up their seventh album were recorded in 2021 during the pandemic at their home studio in Korea. It was originally released digitally at the beginning of the year but is now getting a vinyl release by Naarm label Ramble Records.
