Project Gemini is a London-based project helmed by Paul Osborne. After playing in bands and writing a bunch of songs of his own, a few of them were eventually released on a single by Jerusalem label Delights in 2019. The legendary British label Mr Bongo subsequently offered an album release and together with some friends (including members of Gloria and The Soundcarriers), Osborne created the debut Project Gemini album The Children of Scorpio. It’s a 14-track LP heavily inspired by 70s soundtracks, library, psychedelic and acid folk. There’s even a track here called “Path Through the Forest”, just like the 60s classic by The Factory.
