Snake Chain is a new four-piece from London with three members of The Bin Bags along with vocalist Kate Mahony. They’ve already been around for a few years but are finally set to release their debut LP via Upset the Rhythm in November. Their take on post-punk is powerful yet experimental, with atonal vocals that are impossible to ignore. While unavoidably getting placed in the category of bands who would not have existed were it not for Sonic Youth, the 12 track LP is sure to cement their own identity.
