Stacks is duo from Antwerp that consists of two brothers and who’ve released four albums of melancholy new wave so far. Their latest one Love and Language came out on Knekelhuis last month and is another success. Across 8 tracks, the duo explore emotions of hope and love – daring to approach big themes with sounds that are just as big. Some of the songs, like “People Around”, remind me a bit of Molly Nilsson actually.
