Grey People is one alias used by Chicago producer Alex Michalski (who also performs as Hoax Device). He has appeared on a few compilations we’ve featured previously and also released an album on Miley Serious’ label 99cts in 2018. His new album 9 Ground Loops came out in January but hasn’t been promoted much. But it’s a great set of leftfield electronics with a gritty hardware sound. It was released on usb and digital by Diffuse Reality and is still available.
