Richard Vergez is visual artist and founder of the Miami record label Noir Age. After six albums and during the last year, a bunch of new EPs, his own musical project Night Foundation returned in February with Reflection. The mini-album is a captivating take on ambient and field recordings mixed with experimental clarinet sounds. Vergez says he created the music for performance artist Ana Mendez. “The purpose of the music was to accompany meditative body movements”.
