Paris-based post-punk project Tout Debord is back with a new EP. Tout est débordé is a self-released 3-tracker available on cd and tape directly from Leonid Diaghilev. Opening track “Pourquoi” reminds me of some of the best stuff of the early 80s French underground. It just came out so be quick to grab a copy before they sell out.
